a teeny tiny sweater that's been a very long time coming

Do you have plans for the weekend? How about knitting a sweet little lacy cardigan?

That photo was taken almost two years ago, and I can't believe how little she was! This poor pattern, and a few others for the wee folk, languished while I worked on The Rhinebeck Sweater, but it's finally, finally ready for you.

Sizes actually go up to age four, in case the baby you were originally planning on making this for now considers herself a big kid too! Find all the details here.

Look out for more baby patterns coming soon, I have quite the backlog and I can't resist casting on new designs. I'm hoping to finish just one more before we have a photoshoot with a very special little one next week - please join me in congratulating our own Sarah and her partner David on the birth of their daughter. Sarah's made a few Liesl's for her already.

Yesterday I made a sweater, today I met the perfect wearer
